About Our Company

Centralpack Engineering Corporation has been designing and installing heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) industrial, commercial and governmental facilities since 1972. Centralpack’s coverage includes New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.

We provide these HVAC systems through the use of plans and specifications developed by other (Plan and Spec method) or by custom designing a system for the customer’s needs and applications (Design-Build method). We are equipped with state-of-the-art CAD workstations and Xerox 510 wide-format printers enabling fast, efficient drafting and coordination of our projects. Centralpack has also made a commitment to incorporate the Green Design / LEED into its (Design-Build). Building green reduces impact of natural resource consumption, reduces operating costs, optimizes life cycle economic performance, and enhances occupant comfort and health. By closely following the Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (“LEED”), categories Centralpack believes this will produce the best green results and, in turn, a “high performance” building.

Whether it is plan and spec or a design/build type project, our correct assessment of our customer’s needs, intelligent system design, informed manufacturers’ selection, precise installation and experienced maintenance capabilities have made us a leader in the industry.

Centralpack Engineering Corp. has added the State Classification of General Construction / Additions and Alterations in addition to HVAC. This will benefit both Centralpack and our customers by offering the experience as a Mechanical Contractor and in addition the experience as demonstrated to the State as a General Contractor.
